Very impressive list! But I really like the number 6 very much, as mind mapping is such a very systematic way of solving problems.
By the way, I am glad you found my list about Twitter via Problogger. His 31-day challenge is really getting a lot of attention these days.
Great ways to gain creative capital, I’m currently following my way to photography.

That is one amazing list. I am so glad you stopped by my blog and I came over to yours to read this. Some incredible stuff. Thanks.
Great ideas! I’ve been focusing on left brain – right brain intergration for the full effect of Brainpower and Intuition. These pointers are good reminders to get more active in stretching my mind.
I like the site’s concept. Everyone should be thinking this way. When I got laid off a few months ago, I decided that rather than fret over things I’d make the best of it, continue to look for work, and take some time to be creative. So I got my train set out after 20 years, did a new 4×8 layout complete with landscaping. Then I got a sketch pad and took up sketching Both of these helped me be creative and take my mind off other things.
Being creative is the essence of life.

@jules I really hope that everyone can draw something out of this, creativity is simply the best and cheapest entertainment
@Rich Darrens challenge is amazing. Roughly 10k people taking part is a pretty enormous amount.
@Michael Photography really is great, but it might get boring if you just do the same stuff over and over, that’s why I love to mix things up.
@Ben I really like your blog, as I am not a famous blogger yet
Glad you liked the list
@John Creativity is a good way to connect your left and right brain, the more you do and challenge it, the better you will get with using it for difficult problems. Or at least to create fun things
@laidoffguy Your list posts was quite depressing to be honest, I hope you’ll get over it and find a way to enjoy it. It’s good to hear that you already do things for yourself instead of just sitting in front of the computer or tv and letting life pass by.
There are some great ideas to help one tap into their creativity. I utilize a number of them on a regular basis.
@Matthew those are great ideas, and it’s important to remind myself of them as well, I do quite a lot of those, but some not regularly enough. It’s good to examin the habits every once in a while.
